The Baby Dragon

Baby Dragon wanted to fly high.

Baby Dragon asked his mummy and daddy when can I fly ?

Mummy Dragon said one day very soon you can fly.

How soon mummy asked the baby dragon ?

When you can stretch your wings high above your head and touch the ceiling said mummy. Sleep now and we can check in the morning.

Baby went to sleep and as soon as he woke up he stretched his wings but could not reach the ceiling. Baby was sad.

Mummy said don't be upset. You are growing every day. You will soon reach the ceiling.

Baby tried every day and after a while he didn't try anymore.

One morning baby woke up and was still tired. Baby dragon yawned and stretched. When he stretched he touched the ceiling and jumped up and down because he was happy.

See said mummy, I told you to be patient and your wings would grow.
